I've Everything to Gain and Nothing to Loose...Part 003

This is another sequel from the previous entry...

In this two months training, there are two sessions of learning process available in order to achieve the aims and objectives of this safety program. In the first month, we were scheduled to spend almost 8 hours in the classroom and ran a few indoor activities such as listening to the trainer telling their experiences while showing the related pictures. Those picture were successfully captured to visualize the real accident scenarios which were occurred at the construction site. Those images are used for learning purposes as well.

There are more than 5 trainers with different backgrounds, different experiences, different work places, different companies and different education background. Even their experiences and backgrounds come in vary, yet the responsibility is quite same - to ensure the safety implementation is applied at the construction site which is inspiring to achieve the accident free level.

In the second month, it was site work attachment or I prefer to call this as an outdoor session. In this session, all the participants will have a chance to go for a site visit. All participants will be exposed to the real work culture at the construction site which is well known as the most extreme dangerous workplace. I just want to share about my feeling once I heard about this "site visit" thing last time. I just can't wait to have a go and once I completed, I was thinking to have another go :)

As for the site attachment, we went to SEGEDET ( Seremban - Gemas Double Electrified Track) site and LCCT 2 at Sepang. These two constructions sites are considered as government mega project and the progress of both are quite active. In order to get clear understanding in term of the safety plan for both projects, we were escorted by safety manager and safety officer so that they could cover any questions that might come across in our head.

After through this safety training, it can be concluded that this is such a very useful program for those who wants to take safety as their profession. Program like this is needed before someone could involve themselves in the safety industry where they have to undergo various step by step procedures and methods.

I couldn't imagine how complicated your working life and clumsy you are once you are directly hold any safety position at any construction site without a proper training like this. Without this training, it's hard you to survive in the industry as it takes a long time to understand what safety is all about.

I've Everything to Gain and Nothing to Loose...Part 002

This is the sequel of the previous entry....

The best among the best of this training is - I'm paid in order to attend and participate in this program. Even the payment is not too lucrative compare with the wedges that I could possibly earn in my wallet once I put myself in the working life, but it still worth rather than I stay idle at home and earn nothing.

Furthermore, it's hard to get a job nowadays as I'm a fresh graduate without any relevant experiences. So, I wish by attending this kind of training will benefit me in the future, not just equip me with a very valuable Triple S skills sets, but I hope it would help me a little in term of getting hired and get the vacancies filled especially in construction industry. At least, I could mitigate the jobless rate in this country.

Back into the business, frankly to say, they will hand over about Rm 1000 for each participant on each month and the accommodation facility is provided. Regarding the accommodation facilities, the participant could decide whether they would like to stay in the hostel or not.

The apartment wasn't bad at all even it's currently accommodating 9 persons including me. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious living room, good and clean kitchen. All the areas are fully equipped with basic facilities such as dining table, clean and crystal clear water sources, electricity socket, beds and mattress.

But they don't serve the foods as it's not stated in the contract. But it still okay since I never enjoy any hostel foods. It reminds me so much about living in hostel back in my technical school a few years ago. The foods were sucks. Yuck!!!!!

I've Everything to Gain and Nothing to Loose...Part 001

Maybe some of my friends out there still don't have any idea or still wondering of what I'm currently doing now. Ok, this would be the breakthrough for their confusion. Anyway, the intention of this post is to announce publicly of what I'm into now. I'm participating a Site Safety Supervisor training provided by Construction Industry Development Board.

Site Safety Supervisor or some people prefer to call it as triple S is a position that purely relate on safety issue at construction site. This position is basically to monitor the safety level, safety implementation, safety precaution and safety plan on the construction site. Actually, It's not only limited to construction site, it covers all disciplines like hotel business, Oil and Gas Platform, Factories, Agriculture and so on.

The objective is simple - to prevent any accidents from happen, to eliminate the risks that might be occurred and to minimize the hazards from evolve while all the employees are possessed in doing their daily work.

Short Tidbit

It's a beautiful Sunday and today is the 5th Ramadhan which is clearly means that I have fast for 5 days in a row without fail. Thank god for the ability and the ambitious which have been granted to me so far. The fasting process is quite smooth without facing any serious difficulties. Alhamdulillah.

It's quite funny when I'm planning to blog-ing yet the idea in my head still dry. Anyway, I'm thinking of writing about my life timeline since I graduated from my studies as a Bachelor Degree holder until at this moment. Truthfully, a Degree holder couldn't promise you to be hired. The possibility is almost not there. Thank you.

Sigh, Moan & Complaint (Nothing Serious)

Some people would aware that I was absent from updating my blog for a couple of weeks. It's not because I hide myself or choose to be isolated from the community or quit from blogging, it's all about the mood, It never showed up until today.

Well, it comes very convenience when reading people's blog. Then, it suddenly spurs me up to write again. I can't withstand anymore as they keep rambling and updating everything that recently happen to their social life cycle. I could hear the calls. Those posts are just begging my desire to the death and finally they are able to encourage me to get my sacred touch so that the page is updated.

The initial intention is just to stop by at others pages for a couple of minutes and enjoy every single words but unfortunately, it ended up by jotting down a few paragraphs at my own page. Frankly speak, I'd love so much to read all kinds of masterpiece which come from any places regardless in Malaysia or overseas.

Just imagine, how could I retain my eagerness and desire when I'm so much clearly understand that writing could make myself attain the certain level of satisfaction?
